These terms govern your use of inaitamil.com (the “Site”), operated by Arkaico Labs Ltd (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

1. What the Site is

InaiTamil is a community publication and directory for the UK Tamil community. It includes news, magazine articles, a podcast, and a directory of businesses, professionals, organisations, temples, and events.

2. Editorial and directory content

We publish in good faith, verify facts against primary sources, and correct mistakes promptly when notified. Editorial content represents the view of the author at the time of publication.

Directory listings reflect information submitted by the listee or compiled from public sources at the time of listing. A listing is not an endorsement. We do not warrant any business, professional, or service listed and we are not party to transactions between you and a listee.

3. Submitting a listing

If you submit a listing you confirm: (a) you are authorised to submit it; (b) the information is accurate; (c) you grant InaiTamil a non-exclusive licence to publish, edit for style, and translate the submission; (d) you will tell us when the information changes. We may decline, edit, or remove any submission for any reason consistent with these terms and our editorial standards.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) misuse the Site or interfere with its operation; (b) submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes another’s rights; (c) impersonate any person or organisation; (d) scrape, copy, or republish substantial parts of the Site without written permission; (e) use the Site to send spam or unsolicited marketing.

5. Intellectual property

All editorial content (text, images, audio) is © Arkaico Labs Ltd unless otherwise credited. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link back. For longer use, email [email protected].

Content you submit (listings, comments, tips) remains yours. By submitting it you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, publish, translate, and adapt it for InaiTamil’s purposes.

6. Third-party links and content

We link to external sites for information. We are not responsible for content on those sites and a link is not an endorsement.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant the accuracy of directory listings or third-party content. Nothing on the Site is professional advice (legal, medical, financial, immigration); always consult a qualified professional.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or remove access if you breach these terms. You may stop using the Site at any time.

10. Changes

We may amend these terms. The “last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
